Education for Resilience | Building Knowledge and Future Leaders
Purpose Foundation’s Education for Resilience programme strengthens under-resourced schools through Corner Libraries, career guidance, and integrated learning initiatives. By providing access to knowledge, fostering disaster awareness, and developing life skills, we empower learners to make informed decisions and build resilient, purpose-driven futures.
Corner Library Establishment
We create fully equipped libraries in underprivileged high schools every two years. Access to quality educational resources inspires lifelong learning and narrows the knowledge gap for vulnerable learners.

Recent Project Highlight: In 2025, we established a Corner Library at Embizweni High School (Umlazi), giving students access to books, learning resources, and a space to explore and grow.
Career Guidance & Academic Support
Grade 9 learners receive personalized guidance on subject choices and career paths, helping them make informed decisions aligned with their talents, interests, and long-term goals.
Integrated Learning & Community Engagement
Students participate in community-focused projects, including disaster preparedness and climate awareness initiatives. These experiences cultivate social responsibility, critical thinking, and practical knowledge.
